WHAT WE COLLECT
We collect only what you submit directly to us:
- Contact form: name, email address, and message content, submitted via our contact form and processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form delivery service, to route your enquiry to our inbox.
- WhatsApp: if you message us via a WhatsApp link on this site, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not ours.
- SEO Audit tool: the URL you submit to /tools/seo-audit is sent server-side to Google's PageSpeed Insights API to generate your report. We do not store submitted URLs or audit results.
WHAT WE DON'T DO
This site does not run advertising trackers, third-party analytics scripts, or marketing pixels. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party for marketing purposes.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Contact form submissions are kept in our email inbox for as long as needed to respond to and document the enquiry. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@kahnya.co.za.
